LIVE FROM: LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK

7:45PM: Show starting soon. get ready!

8:00PM: The show is now underway! It starts off with the usual RAW video intro and pyro. The commentary team talks about the Superstar Shakeup saying that nobody is immune, even the commentators could be traded.

After they finish their intro, John Cena’s music hits, and Cena’s parody, The Miz and Maryse come out to the ring. It’s out first shakeup of the night, The Miz and Maryse are on Monday Night RAW. The two talk about how they said they would “go to Hollywood”, but Hollywood didn’t want them. Because of that, they are coming to Monday Night RAW.

After that, Dean Ambrose’s music hits and he heads to the ring too. Not sure what they will do with his Intercontinental Championship since he is still the champion. When Dean comes to the ring, he is under the assumption that they are the real Cena and Nikki. Once Miz clears up that they aren’t the couple Dean had in mind, Ambrose attacks Miz.

That ends the first segment on the show.

8:12PM: Backstage we see Kurt Angle talking to Sami Zayn. Sami is eager to hear if he will go to Smackdown during the Shakeup. Kurt says that Smackdown has “a lot” of interest in Sami, but he is also a big asset to RAW. Miz and Maryse come in the room and start an issue with Sami. Kurt sets up a match between Sami and Miz. Sami never really found out where he would go.

8:15PM: The New Day come out to the ring, absent of Kofi Kingston. They don’t waste much time and call out The Revival.

8:17PM: New Day vs The Revival

Here we go with our first match of the evening. The New Day were in control before the break, and we come back after the break with The Revival in control. Xavier Woods gets a hot tag after a Forearm. Big E and Dash face eachother in the ring. Big E does 3 belly-to-belly’s in a row. The Revival almost win via rollup. Dawson gets tagged in. The two try to double team, but it doesn’t work. Woods gets tagged in and does a coast to coast elbow. It didn’t really hit, but whatever. Xavier gets a kickout from that move.

The two teams scramble with moves a little more, but The Revival win with a mid air Shatter Machine on Xavier Woods. Xavier jumped off the top rope, and with that they hit a Shatter Machine out of nowhere.

8:27PM: The Revival def. New Day (8:49.81)

8:31PM: Backstage Neville is being interviewed. He is asked about Aries becoming a #1 contender for his championship. He continues to talk, but TJ Perkins interrupts him. TJ gets quite a bit of boos from the crowd when he appears onscreen. They continue to talk, with Austin Aries also involving himself in the conversation. Whatever.

8:35PM: Curt Hawkins returns to RAW

Curt Hawkins is the next trade from Smackdown to RAW. Hawkins is in the ring talking about how he is a big asset to RAW. As he is doing that, the Big Show comes to the ring. Curt offers Big Show a hug, but Show gives Hawkins a knockout punch. That’s the segment.

8:43PM: Austin Aries vs TJ Perkins

Our next match is Austin Aries versus TJ Perkins. Neville is ramp-side on commentary for this match. For the first few minutes we see lots of back and forth action. As Aries is showboating outside the ring, Neville is standing outside the ring as a bit of a distraction. When he gets back in the ring, TJ gets a roll-up to win. After the match, Perkins continues the beatdown. It’s safe to say that Perkins is a heel now.

8:51PM: TJ Perkins def. Austin Aries

8:56PM: Seth Rollins heads to the ring. He talks about how he has a lot of scores to settle on RAW. He is conflicted because his issues with Stephanie make him want to switch to Smackdown. He eventually makes his mind up and says that it would take an army to make him leave RAW. Kurt Angle’s music hits and he heads to the ring. Kurt says that as long as Kurt is the manager, Seth will be on RAW.

Kurt leaves the ring, but out of nowhere comes Samoa Joe. Joe and Rollins brawl, with Joe eventually bailing. Angle tries to break up the brawl, but he really was useless in this situation.

9:06PM: Kevin Owens is interviewed backstage, being asked how the shakeup affects him. It doesn’t seem to budge him at all.

9:14PM: Charlotte vs Nia Jax

Our first Women’s match tonight is Charlotte facing Nia Jax. Nia throws Charlotte all over the mat during this match. Charlotte took Nia to outside the ring and did her Moonsault. Nia gets in the ring at a 8 count. Looks like Charlotte’s right elbow gets cut open. Nia hits Charlotte with a splash in the corner then a Samoan Drop for the win.

9:22PM: Nia Jax def. Charlotte

9:28PM: Jinder Mahal vs Finn Balor

Balor is put up against Jinder Mahal next! Guess who wins? This one is a tough bet! As you could probably guess, Finn got the win via the Coup De Grace. As he is celebrating, he is interrupted by Bray Wyatt. Wyatt warns Finn to watch himself. That’s the segment.

9:36PM: Finn Balor def. Jinder Mahal

9:41PM: It has been announced that Apollo Crews, Kalisto, Heath Slater, and Rhyno have been sent from Smackdown to RAW.

9:42PM: The Miz vs Sami Zayn

This match, which was made by Kurt Angle earlier in the night, is now underway. The fresh to the RAW roster Miz faces Sami Zayn. A big part of this match happened during the break. After the break, there was lots of intense back and forth fighting. Miz, still uses Daniel’s moveset like the kicks, despite no longer being on the Blue Brand. Sami Zayn responds to that move with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Miz kicks out from it. Sami gets his leg held back by Maryse, and because of that Miz tries for a Skull Crushing Finale. Sami reverses the Skull Crushing Finale into a roll-up for the win.

9:54PM: Sami Zayn def. The Miz

9:58PM: Roman Reigns Interview

Michael Cole is interviewing Roman Reigns now. Roman was asked how he felt about his Undertaker win. Before he can get too far into his thought, Braun Stroman runs on the set and attacks Roman. This was an absolute brutal attack. After a replay they show Roman being loaded onto a stretcher. Braun then pushes Roman off an area while he is still on the stretcher. Once the attack is over, he is loaded onto an Ambulance. But just as you think it’s over, Stroman comes back again and flips the whole Ambulance! This whole segment was very odd.

10:14PM: Anderson and Gallows and The Shining Stars vs Cesaro and Sheamus and The Hardy Boyz

Here we go with an 8-man tag match showing off the RAW tag division. The new Hardy Boyz are the biggest part of this match. The match was starting up, but The Drifter Ellias Samson showed up on the ramp. Samson doesn’t do anything to interfere in this match, that’s all we see of him. After the break we see The Hardy Boyz do all of their big moves to win the match. This match was made to promote the Sheamus and Cesaro vs The Hardy Boyz for the title at the Payback PPV.

10:26PM: Cesaro and Sheamus and The Hardy Boyz def. Anderson and Gallows and The Shining Stars

10:33PM: Sasha Banks walks to the ring and introduces the current RAW Women’s Champion, Bayley. Bayley does a little talking about how grateful she is, but she gets interrupted by Alexa Bliss’s music. Yes, that’s right! Smackdown’s Alexa Bliss is now on Monday Night RAW. Bliss got a very big reaction from the crowd. Bliss keeps talking about how she will dominate the division, but that gets cut short by Mickie James’ music. Mickie does not get much of a reaction. Mickie continues her promo while walking down the ramp, but she gets jumped by Nia Jax out of nowhere. A whole brawl breaks out with Nia Jax as the winner. The whole Women’s Division got a real big shakeup!

10:48PM: Kevin Owens vs Dean Ambrose

It is now time for our main event of the evening. Kevin Owens faces Dean Ambrose in a champion versus champion match. These two have faced off many times before, their most memorable match being their match for the IC Title at the Royal Rumble in 2016. Anyways, not much happens in this match until after a lengthy commercial break. Kevin Owens does a deadly firemans carry onto the post in this match. Dean Ambrose later on gets the win, but that’s not the most important part of this segment. Chris Jericho shows up after the match, and gives Kevin Owens a Codebreaker.

11:07PM: Dean Ambrose def. Kevin Owens

That wraps up the coverage! See you around!
